Canada
While Canada formally doesn’t have a “Digital Nomad Visa”, Canada allows Digital Nomads to visit and work in Canada remotely for a foreign employer as a visitor, for up to 6 months a year.
There is no additional visa or permit required in order to take advantage of this program – visitors just need to use the standard visitor process. Visitors must still satisfy the Canadian Border Security Agency (CBSA) Officer that they will not work for a Canadian employer or client, have the resources to support themselves, and will leave Canada at the end of their authorized period of stay.
